⠂오다+ 지 않다+ 아서(the vowel of '않' is 'ㅏ') → 오지 않아서  because (you) didn't come*

⠂아프다+ 아서('ㅡ' deletion, the vowel of '아ㅍ' is 'ㅏ') → 아파서 because (I) was sick*

⠂약을 먹다+ 어서(the vowel of '먹' is not 'ㅏ/ㅗ') → 약을 먹어서 because I took medicine*

⠂괜찮다+ 아서(the vowel of '찮' is 'ㅏ') → 괜찮아서 because you are ok

⠂전화주다+ 어서(the vowel of '먹' is not 'ㅏ/ㅗ') → 전화줘서 because you give a call

*'-아서/어서/여서(해서) can't add past particle and its tense is decided by the following clause's verb tense. Also, if its sentence type should be the statement type.
