G10. -을까요?-을래요?-읍시다-자!: 제안하기 Propose/Suggest

Step 01. Read and Learn Pattern

가: 한국으로 여행 갈까요? 
나: 네, 좋아요. 다음 달에 갈래요?

가: 지금 회의 시작할까요?
나: 네, 시작합시다.

가: 이제 일어날까요?
나: 그래요. 일어나요.

가: 영화 볼래요?
나: 피곤해서 영화는 다음에 볼래요.

가: 커피 한 잔 할래?
나: 그래, 저기 커피샵 괜찮아. 저기로 가자!

Step 02. Grammars

1. Action verb stem + 을까요?/ㄹ까요? use when the speaker suggests/propose the listener to do a certain action. 

2. Action verb stem + 을래요? / ㄹ래요? indicate intention or desire to do. Also, commonly use when the speaker proposes/suggest the listener to do a certain action.

3. Action verb stem + 읍시다/ㅂ시다. use when the speaker suggests/propose the listener to do a certain action together in the polite way.

4. Action verb stem + 자!. use when the speaker suggests/propose the listener to do a certain action together in the casual way "반말".

5.  Action verb stem + 아요/어요/해요: it can be meant "let's~" as well.

<Verb stem ending with vowel>
나갈까요? /나갈래요?/ 나갑시다/ 나가자!
일어날까요?/일어날래요? / 일어납시다/ 일어나자!

<Verb stem ending with consonants>
여기 앉을까요? / 여기 앉을래요?/ 여기 앉읍시다./ 여기 앉자!
이거 먹을까요?/ 먹을래요?/ 먹읍시다/ 먹자!

<'ㄷ' irregular verb 'ㄷ' → 'ㄹ': 걷다 walk, 듣다 listen>
좀 걸을까요? / 걸을래요?/ 걸읍시다/ 걷자!
노래를 들을까요? / 들을래요? /들읍시다/ 듣자!

<'ㄹ' irregular verb 'ㄹ' deletion: 놀다 play 만들다  make>
놀까요?/ 놀래요?/ 놉시다/놀자!
음식을 같이 만들까요? /만들래요?/ 만듭시다/ 만들자!

*도와주세요/ 좀 도와 줄래요? please help me. / Can you please help me?: Both are asking for help but if it ends with '-ㄹ래요?', the speaker still respect the listener's choice to help or not.
